Todd Inglee owns and operates Ralston Valley Beef – a direct marketing and mail order business providing natural beef to homes, restaurants, and retail outlets. In addition to wholesale cuts, Ralston Valley Beef offers its locally raised, dry-aged beef in custom cut bulk quantities and various retail packages.
A native of Golden, Colorado, Todd graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in speech communications and has worked in the livestock industry in various capacities his entire career. Todd has worked for both the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association and the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association in membership, communications/media, and legislative roles. He also has held marketing positions with two animal health companies, eMerge Interactive and Colorado Serum Company.
Additionally, Todd serves the livestock industry by representing cattle producers on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association, the Colorado Beef Council Authority, and the NCBA Federation of State Beef Councils.
Todd and his wife Kim have been married for 20 years and have three children. He serves his local community in the role of Troop Chaplain for the Boy Scouts of America and as a member of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Citizen Advisory Council.
