Position Title: Ranch Manager
Name of Ranch/Business: The Sticks Ranch
Location: Caddo, Oklahoma
Role Summary:
Position involves managing a 2,000 acre ranch in south central Oklahoma. The businesses are cattle and hay production. Position would include taking care of the entire ranch (including all structures), cattle, and hay production.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating, maintaining and repairing tractors and implements
- Experience cutting and bailing hay
- Experience selling hay
- Experience caring for cattle
- Experience buying and selling cattle
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation, maintenance, and repair of tractor and all implements (hay equipment, plow, brush hog, scraper, etc.)
- Mowing and maintaining several acres of land around homes and structures
- Caring for the cattle
- Buying and selling cattle
- Hay production
- Selling hay
- Fence repair
- Filling and maintaining deer feeders
- Setting up, maintaining and relocating tree stands and box blinds
- Any other skills necessary to maintain the ranch
Estimated Salary: $50,000–$60,000
