Position Title: Ranch Manager
Name of Ranch/Business: Eshleman Ranch
Location: Hebbronville, TX
Position Description:
Ranch manager of 500 + cowherd and management of calf backgrounding program. Buying, selling, of all cattle. Cow herd health, and record keeping responsibility . All ranch pasture maintenance, fences and water systems. Maintenance of all ranch equipment. Maintenance of deer feeders and blinds. Assist in deer hunts as needed. Assist in quail hunts as needed.
Manage ranch employees.
Qualifications:
Experience required in all of the above, with a proven track record. College graduate preferred
Responsibilities:
Manager would be in charge of day-to-day operations of ranch. Run and manage employees. Keep all equipment in running condition. Assist or help with wildlife programs as needed.
Estimated Salary: Competitive with qualifications.
