Position Title: Private Real Estate Administrator II

Position Description: As a Private Real Estate Administrator II with Frost, you will be responsible for the management of mostly farm and ranch real estate held by Frost’s Trust Department. Responsibilities will include the day to day management of real estate assets and making appropriate recommendations to trust committees. You will be responsible for negotiating easements, surface damages and uses; managing and negotiating leased properties; and reviewing market values, appraisals of property, tax statements, notices of value, insurance coverage, and ownership documents such as deeds, Last Will and Testaments and other legal documents. In the cases of undivided ownership, you will work with clients and co-owners while understanding ownership of the property. Other responsibilities will include working with administrations to identify assets to be liquidated based on market conditions and trends in localized areas, marketing assets through direct marketing or working with local real estate agents and brokers, negotiating purchase agreements, and reviewing and executing applicable sales documents. The candidate will conduct inspections of real estate to assess use, condition, environmental/liability hazards and possible damage on or of the property; will maintain records in compliance with bank policies and procedures; and will be responsible for other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Required):
- 3+ years of real estate management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Real estate sales or broker’s license
- Appraisal license
- Master’s degree
- 5+ years of direct real estate management experienc
