Position Description: Responsible for all aspects of running the ranch.
Qualifications: Must manage and be a hands-on operator for the development and operation of the ranch. A sustainable ranching mindset and motivation is required. Must be bilingual.
Responsibilities: Manage and hands-on operation of all aspects of the ranch. This ranch is located in Mexico. It has 50,000 acres of undeveloped
semidesert land. The ranch requires someone who is passionate about developing from scratch a lifelong home. There is sufficient water and pasture for 400-500 hundred head of cattle at present. What can be developed is unknown and challenging. After initial set-up, it is expected to be self-sufficient. This not a high-end operation.
