Position Title: Farm Manager
Name of Ranch/Business: Shockey Farms
Location: Rossville, Tennessee
Key Responsibilities:
- Duties would include daily care of livestock (approximately 2800 head) including the herd’s health.
- Monitoring of pastures quality and grazing schedule.
- Develop and manage a herd mating schedule.
- Maintain repairs around the farm.
- Operate and maintain and perform basic repairs on farm equipment.
- Management of 2-4 work hands.
- Farm acreage is approximately 4,000 – 5,000 acres.
