Erik Jacobsen is Vice-President & General Manager of Cattle Operations for AgReserves, Inc. headquartered at Deseret Ranches in St. Cloud, Florida.
Erik began work at AgReserves in 1986 as a cattle foreman on Deseret Ranches of Florida and has been serving as Vice-President & General Manager since 2006. He worked for Smithfield Foods from 1995 to 2006 in various management positions including General Manager.
He is active in the industry currently serving as 1st Vice-President of the Florida Cattlemen’s Association and Vice-Chairman of the Marketing and International Trade Committee of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association.
Erik is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and Brigham Young University with a Masters in Business Administration. He has been married to his wife Renee, originally from Scottsdale Arizona, for 23 years, they have 6 children.
