Caroline Holt grew up on a small commercial cow calf operation outside of Chattanooga, TN. After graduating from the University of Tennessee with Bachelor’s degrees in Animal Science and Agricultural Business and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics, she moved to her husband’s hometown of Livingston, TN where they live with their three small children.
Her husband, Levi, is a veterinarian that specializes in cattle reproduction and together they own and operate Green River Embryo Transfer. Caroline also works on the family Seedstock Black Angus operation, Holt Farms, where they raise replacement females for registered and commercial producers, bulls for the Genetic Excellence Angus Bull Sale, and sell beef to local consumers.
Caroline is a member of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, Tennessee Cattlemen’s Association, and was a participant in the 2019 Young Cattlemen’s Conference.
