Robert Ramirez is a native of South Texas; however, he spent many years growing up in the Greater Houston area. He returned to Kingsville where he completed his education right here at Texas A&M University – Kingsville. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in the area of Finance and completed the requirements to receive a minor of Philosophy.
Robert came to the King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management after serving as a grants and contracts accountant for the Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute. It was there that he became familiar with university procedure and met many of the faculty and staff that keep things going on campus. “I learned a lot while at Caesar Kleberg, and I enjoyed my time there. Now, I am looking forward to my time here at the King Ranch Institute. I see great potential for my personal development here, and I think I have a lot to offer the Institute in return.”
Robert is married and has two boys. He enjoys hunting, fishing, horseback riding and golf. He also enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
