Systems Thinking: A Language for Learning & Action Systems Thinking is:
• A language to help us understand more deeply how our organizations and complex systems really operate.
• The tools, processes, and principles enabling us to focus on the relationships among the parts, not just the parts.
Systems Thinking enables us to:
• Recognize the often hidden and unintended consequences of our actions.
• Change our own thinking to match the way complex systems operate.
• Change our behavior so that we are working with these complex forces instead of against them to create what we want.
• Expand the choices available to us and focus on higher leverage changes.
